Annual plans
Annual plans cancelled after the first 14 days are pro-rated for unused months on request, minus any discount applied at purchase.
How to request a refund
Email billing@bookmanas.com from your account email with your invoice number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exceptions
- Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible.
