1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a BookManas account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BookManas.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. Sharing credentials or operating multiple accounts to manipulate reviews is prohibited.
3. Authors and content
- You retain all rights to manuscripts and metadata you upload.
- You grant BookManas a limited license to host, transmit, and display your content to matched readers.
- You confirm you have rights to every asset you upload, including covers.
4. Reviewers
Reviewers agree to read assigned ARCs in good faith and submit honest, spoiler-aware reviews. Fake, paid, or AI-generated reviews are grounds for immediate removal.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats toward authors or reviewers.
- Distributing ARC manuscripts outside the platform.
- Attempting to bypass review limits, ratings, or matching logic.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.
8. Disclaimers
BookManas is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content of user-submitted books or reviews.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
